Outdoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Junior):Finished fifth in the 10,000m in 30:36.14 at the Atlantic 10 Championships … recorded the fastest Spider time in the 5000m (14:29.53)  to take 10^th at the Mt. SAC Relays … captured fifth in the 10,000m (29:58.88) at the Colonial Relays … won silver in the 3000m (8:30.23) at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Was the Spiders' second finisher in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays with a time of 3:57.14 ... finished fourth in the 5000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:35.41 ... placed 14th in the 5000m at the Virginia Classic (14:48.52) ... season bests include 3:57.14 in the 1500m, 8:24.48 in the 3000m, and 14:35.41 in the 5000m.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Placed fifth and set freshman course record at the Spider Alumni Open (15:30.99) ... received Rookie Performer of the Week honors from the A-10 for his performance at the Spider Alumni Open ... set season-best 8K time at the Paul Short Invitational; placed 162nd with a time of 25:32 ... finished 171st at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (25:44.5) ... closed out the 2010 season at the A-10 Championships, where placed 50th with a time of 25:56.

Indoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Junior):Finished eighth in the 5000m (14:51.83) at the Virginia Tech Invitational … earned 17^th in the 5000m with a time of 15:09.47 at the Atlantic 10  Championships

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Finished 7th in the 3000m in a time of 8:29.62 at the A-10 Indoor Championships.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Did not compete.

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished 2nd in the 8k at the Spider Alumni Open (15:03.2)... finished 6th in the 8k at the William & Mary Invite (25:42)... finished 24th in the 8k at the Charlotte Invitational - Gold (25:10.26)... finished 36th in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (26:41.3)... finished 39th in the 10k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (31:55.3) ... finished 82nd at the NCAA Southeast Regional 10k (32:03.40).

Comes to Richmond as one of the top prep runners in Delaware history ... qualified for the 2009 Nike Cross National Championship ... crowned the 2009 State Cross Country Champion ... named 2009 Gatorade Boys Track & Field Runner of the Year for Delaware ... placed sixth at the Nike Southeast Regional Championships, becoming the first-ever Delaware runner to qualify for the national championship race ... Nike First Team All-Region in 2009 (Nike Southeast Regional Cary, N.C.)... set all-time Delaware record in the 3,200m during the outdoor season at the 2010 Newcastle County Championships with a time of 9:12.19... placed 11th in the 5k (15:25.14) at the 2010 Nike Indoor Nationals... earned All-County in cross country and track in both his junior and senior years... state-record holder in the 3,200m (9:12.18)... school-record holder in the mile (4:18.53) and 3,200m (9:12.18) and 5K (15:25.14) and 4x800m relay (1:56.5 split)... State and County Champion in cross country in 2009 and outdoor track in 2010 ... cross country captain as a senior... track & field team captain his junior and senior years... Third Team All-State in cross country as a junior ... First Team All-State in cross country and track as a senior.
