2012-2013 (Junior): Clocked a time of 10:52.46 in the 3000m to finish 18^th at the Colonial Relays

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Placed 18thin the 5000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 18:21.00.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Finished eighth in the 3,000m (10:39.24) and 12th in the 1,500m (5:03.33) at the Tribe Invitational ... came in 16th at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 3,000m (10:33.69) ... placed 17th in the 5,000m at the GMU Spring Invitational (19:11.82).

Indoor Track & Field:
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished sixth in the 3000m (10:29.33) ... took 12th in the 3000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (10:31.12) ... clocked a time of 5:17.44 in the mile at the Patriot Games ... earned a time of 18:10.67 in the 5000m at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational ...finished 19th in the 3000m at the A-10 Indoor Championship with a season best time of 10:23.99

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Took 22nd in the 3,000 Meter at Virginia Tech's Hokie Invitational (10:21.61) ... clocked a time of 10:18.36 to secure sixth in the 3,000 Meters at the Navy Classic ...  took 11th in the Mile at the A-10 Indoor Championship with a time of 10:09.53.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Did not compete.

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished 11th in the 5k at the William & Mary Invite (18:41)... finished 13th in the 2-Mile at the Spider Alumni Open (11:14.8)... finished 38th in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (18:55.4)... finished 82nd in the 6k at the Charlotte Invitational - Gold (23:18.79)... finished 89th in the 6k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (22:56.8) ... clocked a time of 22:33.67 in her 111th finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Took fourth in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open (11:12.8) ... finished fourth in the 5k at the William and Mary Invite (18:38) ... completed the 6k at the Paul Short Invitational in a time of 22:50 ... was the Spiders' third finisher in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Invitational (23:01.12) ... clocked a 5k time of 18:23.7 to finish 28th at the A-10 Championship ... placed eighth in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 22:11.3.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Came in third in the 3,000m (11:19.33) at the Spider Alumni Open ... finished the 3,000m at the Wolfpack Invitational in 18:47.3 ... set her season-best 6K time at the Paul Short Invitational (22:25) ... completed the NCAA Pre-Nationals 6K race in 22:32.8 ... closed out the 2010 season at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a 5k time of 18:38.

High School
Co-captain for the cross country team during the 2008 and 2009 seasons ... earned 2007, 2008, 2009 Wasaren League All-Star honors in cross country ... 2008, 2009 Class C/D Sectional Champion in cross country ... personal bests include 4:41.47 in the 1,500m set at the 2009 Queensbury Invitational, 10:01.76 in the 3,000m set at the 2010 Yale Indoor Track Classic, 10:51.88 in the two-mile at the 2009 Bishop Loughlin Games, 17:25.40 for three-miles at the 2008 Section 2 XC Championships, and 18:40.00 for 5k at the 2009 Section VII (Pre-State) Invitational.
