2011-2012:- Finished 13th in the 1 Mile at the Hokie Invitational (4:21.20) ... took 13th in the 1000m with a time of 2:31.77 and 5th in the 1 Mile with a time of 4:18.77 at the Patriot Games.

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Finished 9th in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (26:04.3) ... finished 5th in the 8k at the Spider Alumni Open (15:17.8) ... finished 10th in the 8k at the William & Mary Invite (25:52)... finished 41st in the 8k at the Charlotte Invitational - Gold (25:32.42) ... finished 49th in the 10k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (32:06.6).. finished 125th at the NCAA Southeast Regional 10k (32:46.99) ... member of the A-10 All-Conference team.

2011-2012 (Freshman): Crossed the line as the Spiders' second finisher in the 8k at Lehigh's Paul Short Invitational (26:20) ... recorded a time of 25:58.25 in the 8k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational to place 39th... turned in a top-25 showing as the Spiders' first finisher with an 8k time of 25:21.20 at the A-10 Championship ... finished the 10k course at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 34:57.6.

High School
Graduated from Massapequa High School in Massapequa, N.Y. ... earned All-America honors in the 2-mile after winning the event with a time of 9:15.94 at the Emerging Elite race at the New Balance Indoor National Championships, his finish representing the sixth-fastest time of the day ... finished as a four-time NYSSWA All-State team selection his senior season (1600, 3200, 2-mile and DMR) ... was a two-time County champion and nine-time All-Country honoree ... clocked a personal-best time in the 1600 meters at the 2011 Icahn Stadium Invitational (4:18.8) ... set school records in nine events over the course of his prep career ... earned NYSSWA All-Federation Cross Country honors in 2010 and All-State accolades as a freshman and junior.
