Outdoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Took 11th in the 1500m (3:57.21) at the Atlantic 10 Championship … captured fifth in the 1500m (3:53.57) and ran the first leg of the second place 4x800m (7:37.68) at the Fred Hardy Invitational … ran the first leg of the ninth place distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays .
2011-2012 (Freshman): Finished sixth in the 1500m (3:56.52) and 21st in the 800m (1:57.92) at that Fred Hardy Invitational ... placed 24th in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays with a time of 3:56.84 ... secured seventh in the 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (3:54.52) ... clocked a time of 3:52.29 to take 10th in the 1500m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships ... season bests include 1:57.92 in the 800m, 3:52.29 in the 1500m, and 7:55.78 as part of the season record 4x800m relay.
Indoor Track & Field
2012-2103 (Sophomore): Finished fifth with a season best time of 1:57.77 in the 800m at the Virginia Tech Invitational and finished eighth with the team’s top season performance in the 1000m (2:29.45) … placed second in the 1000m (2:32.00) and led off the second place distance medley (10:34.35) at the Patriot Games … recorded season best time in the mile (4:14.332) at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational … took sixth place in the mile at the A-10 Championship and lea off the fifth place DMR Relay (10:11.35) and led off the 10th place 4x400m (8:00.74).
2011-2012 (Freshman): Secured 9th in the 800m at the Dick Taylor Invitational (1:58.40) ... took 23rd in the 600m at the Hokie Invitational (1:25.12) ... placed 2nd in the 1000m at the Patriot Games (2:06.54).
Cross Country
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Finished 5th in the 8k at the Charlotte Invitational - Green (25:53.66) ... finished 24th in the 8k at the Spider Invitational Open (15:47.4) ... finished 29th in the 8k at the William & Mary Invite (27:09) ... finished 70th in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (27:22.4)... finished 80th in the 10k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (32:39.1) ... finished 106th in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional (32:34.52).
2011-2012 (Freshman): Took 12th in the 5k in his collegiate opener at the Spider Alumni Open (15:52.8) ... finished 10th in the 8k at the William and Mary Invite with a time of 26:19 ... was the Spiders' fifth finisher in the 8k at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 26:34 ... ran the 8k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational (26:25.63) ... clocked a time of 15:46.5 to finish 41st at the A-10 Championship ... was the Spiders' third finisher in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional (33:14.8).

Graduated from Hempfield High School in Landisville, Pa. ... won the Lebanon-Lancaster League 3200 meters three consecutive years, setting a personal-best time of 9:25.30 as a senior ... added 1600 meter titles to his league resume in 2010 and 2011 ... placed second in the 1600 and 3200 at the 2011 Pennsylvania 3A District 3 Championships with marks of 4:16.77 and 9:29.36, respectively, and took seventh in the 1600 at the 2011 PIAA State Championship ... clocked an 8:59.77 in the 3000 meters to win the 2011 Susquehanna University Indoor Invitational ... competed in the 2011 New Balance Indoor Nationals Emerging Elite 2-mile as ... trekked the hills of the 2010 Pennsylvania District AAA Cross Country Championships and turned in a second-place finish with a time of 16:22.0 at the event ... led his squad to the 2010 PA District 3 Championship team title, which marked its first team title since 1990 ... qualified for the Pennsylvania State Cross Country Championships all four years, while also earning All-League honors and varsity letters in each of his four seasons at Hempfield.
