Matt Borchlewicz joined the Richmond basketball staff as the video coordinator in the summer of 2010.

Borchlewicz is responsible for organizing, supervising and managing all aspects of the film exchange program.

He is responsible for breaking down and editing film for scouting purposes, along with coordinating the recruiting database and recruiting mail-outs.

Borchlewicz assists with the day-to-day operations of the basketball office and oversees the managers.

Before coming to Richmond, Borchlewicz worked with the Xavier basketball program for four seasons. He served as a manager his first two years (2006-08) before being elevated to a program assistant his last two seasons (2008-10). His duties with the team included working with summer camps, directing and organizing the student managers, on-campus recruiting, and providing logistic support to the coaches and administrative staff.

During Borchlewicz's time with Xavier, the Musketeers posted a 108-33 (.766) win-loss mark and advanced to the NCAA Tournament in all four seasons while reaching the Second Round in 2007, the Elite Eight in 2008, the Sweet Sixteen in 2009, and the Sweet Sixteen again in 2010.
