AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR IN 2012: Named to the College Sports Madness A-10 second team ... started in all 18 games that she appeared ... had a  season career high of 90 saves...  including a career high 10 against Dayton ... played 1615:00 minutes  ... had a save percentage of .776 ... recorded ... record seven shut outs on the season.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2010: Appeared in five games, earning one start...had 26 saves, including a season-high seven against Virginia...played 270:00 minutes...suffered season-ending injury and received a medical redshirt.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Started in eight games...recorded 683:18 minutes...recorded 35 saves and posted a 1.19 GAA...was 2-4 on the year with two shutouts...posted a save percentage of .795.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Appeared and started in 15 games...played a team-leading 1375:00 minutes in goal for the Spiders...recorded a team-best 54 saves...earned a .771 save percentage...recorded 1.05 goals against average.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year varsity letter-winner and two-year starter...earned one FCIAC Conference Championship in 2006 and two Connecticut State Titles...was All-FCIAC honorable mention in 2006, Connecticut Post honorable mention All-Star in 2006, All-FCIAC second team in 2007, Connecticut Post second team All-Star in 2007, and Trumbull High Sportsmanship Award in 2007...served as team captain her senior year...received honor roll all four years and was a member of the National Honor Society...also played lacrosse.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Christine and David Young of Trumbull, CT...born October 6, 1990...has two siblings, David and Lauren...brother, David, currently plays football at Bucknell University.
