2012-2013 (Junior):Finished 11^th in the 3000m steeplechase in 9:32.74 at the Atlantic 10 Championships …captured 11^th in the 3000m steeplechase with a season best time of 9:22.86 at the Colonial Relays …  finished 4^th in the 3000m (8:36.81) at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Finished sixth in the 1500m at the Tribe Open(4:05.20) ... took 22nd in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Colonial Relays with a time of 15:46.19 ... competed in the 1500m at the Mason Spring Invitational (3:59.26) ... clocked a time of 9:39.98 to place second in the 3000m Steeplechase at the CNU Captain's Classic ... finished ninth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the A-10 Outdoor Championships in a time of 9:24.41 ... season bests include 3:59.26 in the 1500m, 8:51.67 in the 3000m, and 9:24.41 in the 3000m Steeplechase ... season bests include 3:59.26 in the 1500m, 8:51.67 in the 3000m, and 9:24.41 in the 3000m Steeplechase.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Came in 12th at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the men's 3,000 meters (8:56.33) ... finished 17th in the 3,000 meters steeplechase at the Colonial Relays (9:55.98) ... placed 15th in the 5,000 meters at the George Mason Spring Invitational (15:24.38) ... took 11th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:49.11 at the Ram Invitational ... finished fourth at the JMU Invitational in the 3,000 meter steeplechase... came in 18th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the A-10 Outdoor Championship.

Indoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Junior): Won the 3000m (8:35.46) at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational … finished 10^th in the 3000m (8:36.36) at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Did not compete.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Finished 13th in the 3,000 meters at the Patriot Games (9:00.48) ... captured fourth in the mile at the VMI Winter Relays (4:36.89).

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished 8th in the 8k at the Spider Alumni Open (15:29.4) ... finished 19th in the 8k at the William & Mary Invite (26:37) ... finished 43rd in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (26:43.5) ... finished 59th in the 8k at the Charlotte Invitational - Gold (25:52.01)... finished 100th in the 10k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (32:56.2 ... finished 146th at the NCAA Southeast Regional 10k (33:21.60).

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Turned in a time of 15:35.90 to take eighth at the Spider Alumni Open ... clocked a time of 26:54 to take 14th in the 8k at the William and Mary Invite ... was the Spiders' fifth finisher in the 8k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 26:23.44 ... completed the 8k in a time of 26:28.7 at the A-10 Championship ... recorded a time of 33:17.20 in the 10k to cross the line as the Spiders' fourth finisher at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Took 10th with a time of 16:11.85 at the Spider Alumni Open ... placed 111th (27:06) in the 8K at the A-10 Championships.

2009 VHSL Cross Country Group A State Champion leading his team to the overall title with a score of 36 points ... 2009 Region B Cross Country Champion leading his team to a perfect score ... placed 18th in the 2,000 meter steeplechase (6:20.91) at the 2010 New Balance Outdoor National Championships ... 2010 Milestat Gala 2,000 meter steeplechase champion ... 2010 VHSL State Champion Outdoor Track Group A in the 1,600 meters ... 2009 Region B outdoor track champion in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters ... 2009 Bull Run District outdoor track champion in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters ... finished 30th in the 5,000 meters (16:15.65) at the 2010 National Scholastic Indoor Championships.
