He also captured first-place in the 5,000m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship (14:34.18)... Received 2011 Academic All-Conference Honors...
2009-10: Placed eighth in the 10,000 meter run at the Stanford Invitational with his season-best time of 28:51.69... Took second-place in the 5,000 meter run with a season-best time of 14:42.20 and placed first in the 10,000 meter run (29:43.12) at the Atlantic 10 Championship... Finished fourth in the 10,000 meter run at the NCAA East Super Regional with a time of 29:48.54.
2007-08: Owned Richmond's top time of the season in the 10k, running the event in 30:18.64 at the A-10 Championship and was second on the squad in both the 5,000m (14:36.30) and the 3,000m (8:30.32)... His 10k performance at the A-10 meet was good for fourth-place overall (the top four runners in the event all eclipsed the previous meet record)... Won gold in the 3,000m at the Fred Hardy Invitational with a meet record time of 8:30.32 as the Spiders swept the top-four spots in the race...Ran 30:25.63 at the Mt. SAC Relays in Los Angeles.
2006-07: Finished third at the USA Junior National Championships in the 10,000 meters (31:19.03) to earn USATF Jr. All-America honors... USA Junior team alternate for the Pan American Games 10K... Ran 8:37.86 for 3,000M at the Duke Relays to place 15th and qualify for the US Junior National Champioships...Ran 4:02.51 in the 1,500 at the UNC Tarheel Invitational... Placed fifth in the 3,000 at Richmond's Fred Hardy Invitational with a time of 8:46.05.

2009-10: Finished fifth in the 3,000 meter run at the Hokie Indoor Invitational (8:26.25)... Captured first-place in the 5,000 meter at the Christopher Newport Invitational with a time of 14:28.59... Ended the season with a first-place finish in the 5,000 meter (14:37.32), an eight-place finish in the 4x800 meter relay (8:07.84), and a second-place finish in the 3,000 meter (8:23.28) at the A-10 Championship.
2008-09: Captured the bronze medal in the 5,000m at the A-10 Championship (14:44.27)... His season-best 5,000m time of 14:25.10 was put down at the New Balance Collegiate... Also claimed bronze at the A-10 Championship in the 3,000m with a time of 8:33.76...
2007-08: Ran the team's fastest 5,000m time with a 14:47.89 at the North Carolina Meet... Was second on the team in the 3,000m (8:34.06) and held a season best in the Mile of 4:20.68... Captured the bronze medal with the DMR of Sean Welsh, Derek Jensen and Greg Hoffman at the A-10 Championship (10:21.27)... Was sixth in the 5,000m at the A-10 meet (14:54.18).
2006-07: At the A- 10 Championships earned a fifth-place finish in the 3,000 (8:43.51) and ran on the seventh-place 4x800 relay... Placed fourth in the 3,000M (8:46.17) at the Mid-Atlantic Track Clash... Placed third in the Mile at Liberty's Record Bash Invitational.
2010-11: Took sixth-place and set his season-best 8K time of 24:01 at the Paul Short Invitational ... Placed 21st overall with a time of 24:04.9 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals. He was the first Atlantic 10 athlete to cross the finish line, and he received Atlantic 10 Conference Men's Performer of the Week honors the week following for his performance ... Llano captured third-place at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship with a time of 25:23, breaking the course record and receiving A-10 1st Team All-Conference honors ... He finished eighth and set his season-best 10K time at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (30:29.8), helping the Spiders to the NCAA Cross Country Championships where his placed 44th (30:35.8) ... Llano also received A-10 Academic All-Conference Team honors for the 2010 season.
2008-09: Atlantic 10 All-Conference performer and A-10 Championship runner-up... NCAA National Championship qualifier... 2008 A-10 Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Year... Finished fourth at the Spider Alumni Meet with a time of 15:22.2... Captured first at the Navy Invitational Meet with a time of 24:38.30... Was named A-10 Performer of the Week on Sept. 15 for his performance at Navy... Recorded a time of 24:18 at the Paul Short Invitational capturing 22nd place... Placed 11th with a time of 25:31 at the Penn State Nationals... Placed second at the A-10 Championship with a time of 24:05.2 and received All-Conference honors... Clinched seventh-place at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship and earned a berth to the NCAA National Championship... Was the first Spider in 29 years to reach to the NCAA National Championship... Finished 176th overall with a 10K time of 31:29.6, but was less than 90 seconds shy of a Top-40 spot and All-America distinction.
2007-08: Joined teammate Jonathan Molz on the A-10 Academic All-Conference Team... Finished 12th overall to earn All-Conference honors at the rain-soaked A-10 Championship, helping the Spiders' to the runner-up finish -- the program's best finish in history... Placed 8th to lead the Spiders at the Navy Invitational running 24:42 for 5 Miles... Was Richmond's top finisher at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship, placing 60th overall in the 10K race (31:45.50)... Placed Was fourth overall and the leading Spider in the season-opening Spider Alumni Open.
2006-07: Earned A-10 All-Conference honors by placing 10th in the championships... Was the second freshman to finish at the A-10 Championships... Led the Spiders at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships running 32:08.70 for the 10K race... Finished fifth in the Spider Alumni Open 5K... Took fourth at the Winthrop Fall Classic (18:41) as the Spiders' second runner helping secure the team victory... Was the Spiders' top runner in three of six races during the season.
Placed fourth at the 2005 Maryland 4A State Cross Country Championship to lead Broadneck High to the team title... Placed second in the 2005 4A East Region Cross Country Championships...
