2012-2013 (Junior): Finished sixth in the 3000m steeplechase in a season top time of 10:48.40 at the Atlantic 10 Championships …took eighth in the 3000m steeplechase (11:02.57) at the Colonial Relays … clocked a time of 11:00.89 in the 3000m steeplechase  at the Larry Ellis Invitational …

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Secured second in the 5000m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (17:57.59) ... placed seventh in the 3000m at the Colonial Relays with a time of 10:35.00 ... won the 3000m Steeplechase at the CNU Captain's Classic (11:27.15) ... clocked a time of 11:12.1 to place ninth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the A-10 Outdoor Championships ... season bests include 10:14.80 in the 3000m, 17:57.59 in the 5000m, and 11:02.99 in the 3000m Steeplechase.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Came in ninth-place in the 5,000m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (18:52.11) ... finished 15th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Colonial Relays (11:54.35) ... took fourth-place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Ram Invitational (11:49.31) ... placed second in the steeple at the James Madison Invitational (11:50.31).

Indoor Track & Field
2011-2012 (Sophomore): Won the 5,000 Meters at CNU's Vince Brown Invitational with a time of 18:30.67.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Finished 23rd at the Patriot Games in the 3,000m (10:55.87) ... took second-place in the 5,000m at the Vince Brown Invitational (18:56.67) ... placed 18th in the 5,000m at the A-10 Conference Championship (18:47.16).

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished 16th in the 5k at the William & Mary Invite (19:00) ... finished 43rd in the 6k at the Charlotte Invitational - Gold (22:46.26) ... finished 48th in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (19:03.6) ... finished 101st in the 6k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (23:06.6) ... finished 107th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (22:33.27). 

2011-2012 (Sophomore):  Placed 10th in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open (11:32.2) ... took 12th in the 5k at the William and Mary Invite with a time of 19:18 ... was the Spiders' sixth finisher in the 6k at Lehigh's Paul Short Invitational (23:49) ... clocked a time of 19:35.40 in the 5k at the A-10 Championship.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Did not compete.
