2012-2013 (Junior): Finished the 800m in 2:10.90 at the Atlantic 10 Championship … clocked in a time of 4:09.48 in the 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational … posted a time of 4:13.32 in the 1500m at the Mason Invitational … captured third in the 5000m (15:26.07) at the Colonial Relays… earned 12^th in the 3000m (8:36.81) at the Fred Hardy Invitational … finished 18^th in the 1500m (4:07.00) at the Tribe Invitational.

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Took 11th in the 1500m at the Tribe Open with a time of 4:09.93 ... competed in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays (4:04.22) ... recorded a time of 4:08.81 in the 1500m at the Mason Spring Invitational ... placed 10th in the 800m (2:07.70) and 11th in the 1500m (4:08.68) ... season bests include 7:55.78 as part of the season best 4x800m relay.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Finished 17th in the 1,500 meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational (4:10.96) ... placed 73rd at the Colonial Relays in the 1,500m with a time of 4:10.85 ... completed the 1,500 meters in 4:06.55 at the George Mason Spring Invitational ... took 10th in the 800 meters at the Ram Invitational (2:05.36)... came in seventh at the JMU Invitational in the 1,500 meters (4:18.61) ... finished 28th in the 1,500 meters (4:11.03) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.

Indoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Junior):Finished 15^th in the 1000m with a time of 2:46.88 and 18^th in the mile (4:29.49) at the Patriot Invitational… recorded season best mile performance at the A-10 Championships with a time of (4:27.83).

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Secured 27th in the 800m at the Dick Taylor Invitational in a time of 2:07.40 ... placed 19th in the 800m (2:06.54) and 23rd in the 1 Mile (4:34.12) at the Patriot Games ... completed the 800m in a time of 2:07.88 and took 10th in the 1 Mile with a time of 4:30.16 at the Vince Brown Invitational.

2010-2011(Freshman): Placed 13th in the 1,000 meters (2:43.89) and 23rd in the mile (4:36.98) at the Patriot Games... came in 12th at the VMI Winter Relays in the 800 meters (2:08.33) ... took 29th in the mile at the Vince Brown Invitational (4:48.67).

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished 24th in the 8k at the Charlotte Invitational - Green (26:47.88) … finished 30th in the 8k at the Spider Alumni Open (15:55.2) … finished 108th in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (28:21.3 )… finished 178th in the 10k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (34:05.6).

 2011-2012 (Sophomore): Finished 13th in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open (15:55.6) ... secured 16th in the 8k at the William and Mary Invite with a time of 26:19 ... clocked a time of 27:30 in the 8k at Lehigh's Paul Short Invitational ... ran the 8k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational (27:38.13) ... was the Spiders' ninth finisher at the A-10 Championship with an 8k time of 27:39.0.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Opened the 2010 season with a 16th-place finish at the Spider Alumni Open (16:43.51) ... placed 135th at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship with a time of 28:45.

High School
Earned All-County for 2009 Cross Country season placing 22nd at Nassau County Championship ... named All-County in the 1,600 meters by placing third at the 2009-2010 Nassau County Championships ... selected All-County in the 4x800 meter relay by placing second at the 2010 Nassau County Championships ... cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field team captain for the 2009-10 school year.
