Outdoor Track & Field

2012-2013 (Sophomore):Won the 800m in a time of 2:11.20  and anchored the first place 4x800m (9:04.84) at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

2011-2012 (Freshman): Competed in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational to place 32nd ... finished 11th in the 800m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:15.64 ... season bests include 2:13.46 in the 800m, 3:58.85 as part of the season best 4x400m relay, and 8:56.37 as part of the season best 4x800m relay.

Indoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Sophomore):  Won the 1000m at the A-10 Championshop  with a a season best time of  2:52.06 ... anchored the winning 4 x 400 relay at the A-10 Championship ... led off the school record breaking distance medley relay at Columbia Qualifying meet (11:23.63) ... finished third in the 800 meter in a time of 2:18.29 at the Patriot Games.

2011-2012 (Freshman): Selected A-10 Women's Rookie of the Week on Jan. 30 ... finished third in the 800 Meters at UNC's Dick Taylor Invitational with a time of 2:17.93 ...  won the 800 Meters at the Navy Classic (2:14.48) ... clocked a time of 2:54.35 to take second in the 1,000 Meters at the A-10 Indoor Championship ... member of the Spiders' record breaking 4x800m relay (8:57.30) at the New Balance Collegiate.

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Finished 16th in the 6k at the Charlotte Invitational - Green (23:42.37)... finished 32nd in the 2-Mile at the Spider Alumni Open (11:40.1)... finished 95th in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (19:56.7).

2011-2012 (Freshman) - Was the Spiders' seventh finisher in the 5k in her collegiate opener at the Spider Alumni Open (11:33.2) ... clocked a time of 24:48 in the 6k at the Paul Short Invitational.

High School
Graduated from St. Catherine's School in Richmond, Va. ... captured six individual state titles in LIS career ... placed 2nd in the 800 meters at the 2011 New Balance Outdoor Nationals Emerging Elite with a time 2:12.13 and finished 15th in 1600 meters ... claimed titles in the 800 meters, 1600 meters and 4x400 meter relay at the 2011 VISAA Outdoor State Championships ... 2011 LIS Outdoor Track & Field champion in the 800 meters and 1600 meters ... earned titles in the 1000 meters, 1600 meters and 4x400 meter relay at the 2010 VISAA Indoor State Championship and in the 500 meters and 4x400 relay at the LIS Indoor Championships ... All-State honors at both the 2009 and 2011 VISAA State Cross Country Championships ... named a Richmond Times-Dispatch Scholar-Athlete finalist ... played club soccer on a local travel team.
