Outdoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Won bronze in the 1500m (4:29.70) and ran the lead off leg of the first place 4x800m relay (8:58.08) at the Atlantic 10 Championships …  ran the third leg of the 4x1500m relay (18:26.50) at the Penn Relays … took second in the 3000m (10:13.18) at the Fred Hardy Invitational … finished third in the 1500m (4:30.16) at the Larry Ellis Invitational.

2011-2012 (Freshman): Competed in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays to record a time of 4:45.13 ... season bests include 10:22.00 in the 300m and 18:53.43 as part of the season best 4x1500m relay.

Indoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Finished 15th in the 1000m (3:01.95) at the Atlantic 10 Championships ... clocked in with a time of 10:39.24 in the 3000m to finish eighth at the Liberty Quad.

2011-2012 (Freshman): Finished 11th in the Mile at Virginia Tech's Hokie Invitational with a time of 5:24.99 ... took fourth in the 1,000 Meters at the Navy Classic (3:01.67).

Cross Country
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Finished 21st in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (18:35.5)... finished 2nd in the 6k at the Charlotte Invitational - Green (22:41.83)... finished 23rd in the 3.9km at the Jr. World Mt. Running Champ (24:01)... finished 39th in the 6k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (22:13.2) ... ended season with 119th finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional (22:40.66)  ... member of the USA Mountain Running Team.

 2011-2012 (Freshman): Was the Spiders' fifth finisher in the 6k at the Paul Short Invitational (23:23) ... clocked a time of 23:32.43 to place fourth in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Invitational ... finished 19th and second among all freshmen in the 5k at the A-10 Championship (18:10.0) ... participated in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional (23:28.2) ... turned in a top-30 showing as part of Team USA at the World Mountain Running Championships ... represented the first female runner in program history to be selected to Team USA.

High School
Graduated from Madison High School in Madison, Va. ... most recently selected to the 2011 USA Junior Mountain Running Team that is set to compete in the IAAF World Mountain Running Championships in Tirana, Albania, in September ... was a four-time state track champion, earning titles in the 800m (2010), 1600m  (2009, 2010) and 3,200m (2011) ... garnered All-State honors multiple times and recorded personal bests in 1,600m (5:07.71) and 3,200m (11:16.18) during her senior year ... was undefeated for the first half of the 2010 cross country season before suffering a stress fracture that left her unable to compete for the rest of the season ... qualified for four events at the 2011 VHSL Group A State Championships, where she took first in the 3,200m and set a new school record with her second-place finish in the 1,600m.
