Randi Small joined the University of Richmond Sports Medicine Staff in August of 2012 as an Intern Assistant Athletic Trainer.  She is responsible for assisting with football in the fall and field hockey in the spring. Randi graduated from Michigan State University in the spring of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training.
