GAETA, Italy - Richmond shot 58 percent from the field and 53 percent from three on the way to a 115-53 victory over Iris Gaeta Serapo Wednesday to wrap up the European trip 3-0.

Freshman Terry Allen posted a double-double with 21 points on 8-of-13 field goals and 11 rebounds, whlle Darien Brothers finished with 20 on 7-of-10 shooting and Wayne Sparrow finished with 17. Redshirt freshman Alonzo Nelson-Ododa scored 20 points, making 6-of-8 field goals.

The Spiders opened the game on fire from three as senior Brothers and Sparrow went a combined 10-of-10 from three in the first half as the Spiders jumped out to a 51-25 lead at the break.

Richmond almost reached 100 by the end of the third quarter, having a 93-34 advantage entering the fourth and finished the game making 17-of-32 three-pointers.

Senior Greg Robbins scored 12 points, making 5-of-6 field goals and sophomore Kendall Anthony six points, five assists and five rebounds.

Junior Cedrick Lindsay had seven assists, junior Derrick Williams scored five points and freshman Deion Taylor had five points and four rebounds. Redshirt freshman Trey Davis scored four points, had three assists and five rebounds and freshman Luke Moyer had three points.

The Spiders averaged 107.7 points per game on the European trip. Richmond spends tomorrow in Rome and flies out early Friday morning.
