ST. LOUIS - Senior back Liesl Schnuck scored a goal in her hometown as No. 17 ranked Richmond cruised to a 6-0 win over Saint Louis Sunday.

After leading a tour of St. Louis on Saturday, which included a trip to the top of the Arch, Schnuck scored her third-career goal and helped lead the Spider defense to its third shutout in the last four games.

Richmond sophomore Rebecca Barry scored two goals for her second-straight two-goal game. She is now tied for the team lead in goals with freshman Taylor Deitrick, who scored a first half goal off an assist from sophomore Samantha Ostoich.

Ostoich also assisted on the first collegiate goal for freshman Allison Haas in the second half. Senior Meghan Stocks scored her second-career goal and senior Jackie Gyger had an assist on one of Barry's goal.

Richmond goalkeeper Anna Zarkoski made four saves in goal for her 12th-career shutout.

The No. 17 ranked Spiders, who have won five-straight and seven of the last eight, play their final non-conference game of the season at James Madison on Tuesday night 7 p.m. Richmond returns home next weekend, hosting Saint Joseph's and Temple.
