Towson Coach Rob Ambrose
Opening Statement…
I’m extremely proud of our guys for coming down here and getting a win on the road against a very good football team. We are one step closer to our goals. I’m very proud of them from start to finish.”

Richmond Head Coach Danny Rocco
Opening Statement…
It was really good football team we played today. Offensively, their physicality, run game and balance makes them very difficult to defend. Obviously, Terrence West had a great day. He made some special plays. I thought my kids fought hard. We tried to get ourselves back in the game. I thought we were making our move to get back in the game. Anytime you give up two defensive scores against a team of this caliber the chances of winning the game are slim to none. I asked my guys after the game to stick together and be united. I believe we’re going to do that as we continue to move forward through adversity.”

R-Sr. DL B.J. Scott
Having to defend Terrence West...
“We couldn’t tackle him. We knew coming into the game he was going to run hard. We have a good defense to stop him, we just couldn’t wrap him up.”

Frustration with the loss...
“I know how good we are defensively. We have veteran players. It’s disheartening for me. We knew what we had to do coming into the game. We just didn’t get it done.”
