Mannon, Paradis Open Action at Mt. SAC Relays

WALNUT, Calif. - Richmond Track & Field's busy weekend began on Thursday with a pair of Spider women running the 1,500 Meters at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif.

In a formidable 129-runner field, Sophomore Alli Mannon (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) finished 52nd in the 1,500 Meters with a time of 4:29.19, while junior Stephanie Paradis (Leesburg, Va./Stone Bridge) followed just seconds behind in 4:31.55 to take 66th.

The Spiders wrap up action at the Mt. SAC Relays on Friday, with senior Nicol Traynor (Basking Ridge, N.J./Ridge) and sophomore Ryan Lee (Wilmington, Del./Archmere Academy) each set to run in the 5,000 Meters.

Two other groups of Spiders are also in action this weekend as the squads have split up for Princeton's two-day Larry Ellis Invitational beginning on Friday and Christopher Newport's Captain's Classic on Saturday.
