Directions to the Robins Center

2013-14 Men's Basketball Season Tickets
Season Renewals for the 2013-14 season will be distributed to current season ticket holders
on May 1, 2013. The deadline for current season ticket holders to renew their basketball season
tickets is May 31, 2013. In order to be included in the seat selection process in the renovated
Robins Center, full payment must be received by May 31st.  Please click here to view the season

Season ticket holders who renew their tickets by the May 31st deadline will be prioritized based
on the Spider Points program for seat selection. Any season ticket holders who do not have Spider Points will select their seats after Spider Club members. On June 14th appointment cards will be mailed to all season ticket holders with their date and time to select their new seats in the renovated Robins Center. The seat selection process will take place from July 15th – August 2nd, 2013.

Individual Game Tickets
Individual game tickets will go on on sale October 1, 2013 at 9:00 AM. Tickets can be
purchased online, over the phone by calling-1-877-SPIDER-1 or at the Robins Center Ticket
Office Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Individual game ticket prices will be
posted here when they are finalized. 

Day of Game Sales:
If available, single-game tickets can be purchased at the Robins Center Ticket Office. Ticket
windows at the Robins Center open 1.5 hours before tip-off. Tickets can be purchased via
credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), check or cash.

Spiders Kid's Club
Join the Spiders Kid's Club for only $5 dollars to get FREE admission to select home men’s
basketball games.  Members also receive a Kid’s Club t-shirt, invitations to exclusive events
and MORE!

Away/Neutral Game Tickets
The ticket office will NOT acquire tickets for away men's basketball games. Tickets to away
games cannot be purchased online at RichmondSpiders.com, but may be available through
the opponents' website. To order tickets to away games, please call the opponents' ticket
office to arrange game tickets.

Player/Guest/Prospect Tickets
Richmond and visiting team player and coach guests tickets, as well as Richmond prospect
tickets, can be claimed at the will call table on the concourse level (North End of the Robins
Center) located between Ticket Window 1 and Ticket Window 2. A valid government-issued
photo ID is required. These individuals must enter the arena at the exact time their tickets
are claimed.

Will Call
Tickets reserved and placed at Will Call can be claimed at Ticket Window 2 (Robins Center
concourse level) beginning 1.5 hours prior to tip-off.  A government-issued photo ID must be
presented to claim all tickets and credentials. Tickets and credentials will only be given to
the individual listed in Will Call with a matching and valid ID.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
Prior to Gameday, the Robins Center Ticket Office can reprint your lost or stolen pre-paid
ticket. Please call 1-877-SPIDER-1 for assistance. On Gameday, please proceed to Robins
Center Ticket Office Window with a valid government-issued photo ID to reprint your ticket.
Tickets will only be reprinted for the individual who purchased the tickets with a valid ID
matching the name on the ticket account.

Re-Entry

Re-entry to the Robins Center is strictly prohibited. Fans are not allowed to leave the Robins
Center at any time and return, including halftime. Re-entry is permitted should the Robins
Center be evacuated due to an emergency.

Refunds/Resale
Tickets cannot be resold at the Robins Center. The University of Richmond is not responsible
for lost or stolen tickets. There are no refunds on tickets.

Ticket Windows
Robins Center guests will be serviced by three ticket window locations on Gamedays, which each open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off. Please refer to the list below for locations and services offered at
each window:

    • Robins Center Ticket Office (main lobby): Gameday Sales and all ticket reprints
    • Ticket Window 1 (Robins Center concourse level): Gameday Sales
    • Ticket Window 2 (Robins Center concourse level): Pre-paid Will Call
    • Pass List Table: (Robins Center Concourse North Side):
      Player / Coach guest and Richmond prospect tickets.

Handicap Access
Handicap parking for basketball events in the Robins Center is located in the Millhiser parking lot,
on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles must have their handicap permit/sticker available for
the parking attendant to gain access to the lot. If all the available handicapped spaces are filled, persons with special needs may be dropped off and picked up at the handicap lot with the vehicle parking in adjacent general parking lots.

Seating for handicap patrons is available on the concourse level of the arena in the corner
