Men's Tennis Heads To Ohio For Three Matches

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va.- The men's tennis team heads north to Ohio for an all Atlantic-10 three-match road swing. The Spiders are set to face Dayton on Sunday, Xavier on Monday, and St. Louis on Wednesday.

The Spiders are 5-7 on the season and 1-2 in conference matchups.  Richmond defeated St. Joseph's 6-1 and was narrowly edged by Temple 4-3 earlier in the season.

Sophomore Ethan Dunbar is 6-6 a the number one position with wins over St. Joe's and Temple's number one seed, as well as Georgetown's number one seed.  

Senior Jesse Feder and Sophomore Paul Nahon III currently boast 7-5 records in spring play and seek to continue to improve their record in Ohio.

Dayton is currently 2-8 and will look to break a five match-losing streak on Sunday. 

Xavier is 10-2 on the season and 2-0 in conference play.  Freshman Adam Krull has won 10-straight matchups at the No. 5 singles position, while four other Musketeers are 9-1 in their last ten games.

St. Louis is 4-7 on the season and will open up conference play against the Spiders on Wednesday.
