Spiders Ready For CAA Football Media Day

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – University of Richmond Spiders head football coach Danny Rocco, along with senior captains Ben Edwards and Jacob Pierce will travel to Baltimore, Md. on Wednesday to participate in the 2013 CAA Football Media Day at M&T Bank Stadium.

Highlighting the league's annual kickoff event will be CAA Football Media Day Live, a two-hour free broadcast that will feature interviews from head coaches and selected players. A link to the broadcast, which will air from 10 a.m. - noon, will be available at CAAFootball.com.  Fans can register for free to watch live at CAASports.com.

Not only will Spider and CAA Football fans around the country be able to watch the free show previewing the upcoming 2013 season, but they will also have the opportunity to interact with each other and the league regarding media day.

Richmond fans will be able to follow along with all the action by following along on social media via the team’s TwitterFacebook and Instagram pages. Also, CAA Football will run a CoverItLive blog on CAAFootball.Wordpress.com in conjunction with the internet broadcast, and will also post updates throughout the day using its Twitter and Facebook feeds. The official twitter hashtag for the 2013 CAA Football Media Day and Media Day Live broadcast is #CAAFBmd. Official tweets will include this hashtag and all media and fans are asked to use it in their tweets related to the event.
