UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – The Richmond tennis programs teamed up with the University and hosted a Trick or Treat Street event that reached out to the children of the Richmond Community this past Sunday.

The Spiders along with several student organizations put on safe and festive Halloween activities for children in the community, passing out candy and teaching basic skills related to their sports along with a canned food drive.

The men’s and women’s tennis squads hosted a team Halloween Doubles Tournament this past Friday and each Spider dressed up for the event in unique Halloween costumes. Katya Salas and Stathi Kyriakides won the Tournament for the Spiders.

The men’s team will conclude the fall schedule when the Spiders travel to UNC Wilmington Friday, Nov. 1 for a two-day event.
