NOTES:
• Spiders enter the 36th annual Atlantic 10 Conference Championship with a No. 4 seed and will face No. 5-seed George Mason in the second round.
• Richmond holds a 10-13 spring season record and has conference wins over St. Bonaventure, Saint Joseph’s and George Mason.
• George Mason enters Friday with a 13-8 record and has A-10 wins over St. Bonaventure, Fordham, Saint Joseph’s and La Salle.
• The two teams last met this spring in Fairfax, Va., when Richmond recorded the 4-3 victory.
• Richmond looks to better its seventh-place finish from a year ago.
• The Spiders enter the weekend with the first ranked player in Richmond history, No. 125 Ethan Dunbar, at the No. 1 spot and the single-season school record holder, Jacob Dunbar, at the No. 2 spot.  
• Richmond holds four A-10 titles with the most recent coming in 2006.
