UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – Spider fans will get their first looks at the Russ Huesman era this spring when the University of Richmond football program goes through its annual spring camps.
Dates for spring practices have been set with the first practice scheduled for Tuesday, March 14th at 4:30 p.m. and the annual Spring Game set for Saturday, April 15th at 1 p.m.
The Spiders are fresh off three straight FCS playoff appearances and look to return 14 starters (eight on offense, six on defense) from last year’s squad that reached the FCS quarterfinals.
All 14 practices will be open to the public and take place at Robins Stadium. Fans that attend must remain in the stands.

Spider Spring Game
The 2017 Spider Spring game is scheduled for Saturday, April 15 at 1 p.m. at Robins Stadium. Admission is free. Seating is general admission on the West Side only. More details on the spring game, including parking information and format of the game, will be released at a later date.
