Coach Peter Albright on Erlemeier: “Wheels (Abby’s nickname) has a great engine, speed and a strong attacking personality. I love her work ethic and her drive to excel at the DI level. Abby loves the 1v1 moments in the game and is extremely competitive. She defends her position well and I expect her to make a case for herself and become an important part of a dynamic Richmond Attack.”
At what age did you begin playing soccer: 4 years old
Why do you love playing soccer?: It makes me feel free and happy. I can step onto a field in the worst mood, and by the end of the game, I'll be happy again.
Why Richmond?: It's a really great school, the soccer program is at a high level and the coaches are phenomenal. Plus, the dessert bar.
What are you most excited about about when thinking of joining the Spider Family?: The lifelong friendships I'll be making and the many memories we will make as I get to play the sport I love next to other people who love it as much as I do.
What do you do before each game?: Dance, a lot.
If you were granted one wish, what you want it to be?: A cure for cancer
What are your hobbies/Interests?: Cooking, yoga and boxing/mma
