KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Sophomore Tracy Martin shot an even-par 72 in the final round as the Richmond women's golf team moved up to tie for 12th at the Palmetto Intercollegiate.

Martin tied for 22nd at 8-over 224, including the even-par 72 on Tuesday. She shot a 78 in the first round and 2-over 74 in the second round.

The Spiders finished at 929 (311-307-311) in a tie for 12th with the University of Miami.

Senior Christina Gray tied for 46th at 232 (78-74-80) and sophomore Caroline Lovette tied for 68th at 242 (74-77-91). Sophomore Courtney Rousse tied for 73rd at 243 (81-82-80) and freshman Danielle Pinder finished 82nd in her first collegiate tournament (86-85-79=250).

Richmond concludes the fall season on Monday and Tuesday hosting the Spider Invitational at Independence Golf Club in Midlothian.
