"Can anyone tell me what the buddy system is?" assistant swim coach Danielle Tansel asked a group of excited, fidgety elementary school children sitting with members of the Women's Swimming and Diving Team on bleachers overlooking the pool in the Weinstein Center on a Friday afternoon.
