Outdoor Track & Field

2011-12 (Sophomore): Finished 10th in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (4:46.23) ... clocked a time of 2:16.90 in the 800m at the Colonial Relays ... placed fifth in the 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4:37.92) ... secured 12th in the 800m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:16.09 ... season bests include 2:16.09 in the 800m, 4:37.92 in the 1500m, 3:58.85 as part of the season best 4x400m, 8:56.37 as part of the season best 4x800m relay, and 18:53.43 as part of the season best 4x1500m relay.

2010-11 (Freshman): Came in ninth-place at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 800m (2:17.21) ... finished 33rd in the 1,500m (4:43.65) and a member of the 13th-place 4x800m relay team (9:18.82) at the Colonial Relays ... placed fifth in the 1,500m at the Ram Invitational (4:51.71) ... placed fifth at the James Madison Invitational in the 1,500m run (4:48.23) ... finished 22nd at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship in the 1,500m (4:54.16).

Indoor Track & Field

2011-12 (Sophomore): Crossed the line in eighth in the Mile at the Navy Classic (5:10.09) ... took fifth in the 1,000 Meters at the A-10 Indoor Championship with a time of 2:59.88.

2010-11 (Freshman): Came in fourth-place in the 1,000m at the Terrapin Invitational (3:04.07) ... placed tenth in the mile at the Patriot Games (5:17.51) ... finished 23rd at the New Balance Games in the 1,000m run (2:56.67) ... came in seventh in the mile at the Vince Brown Invitational (5:07.23).

Cross Country

2011-12 (Sophomore): Finished ninth in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open (11:30.1) ... clocked a time of 18:47 to take sixth in the 5k at the William and Mary Invite ... ran the 6k at the Paul Short Invitational in a time of 23:31 ... was the Spiders' fourth finisher in the 6k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 23:21.08 ... was the Spiders' sixth finisher at the 5k at the A-10 Championship (19:08.1) ... completed the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional in a time of 22:53.9.

High School
Placed 46th at the 2009 VHSL Class "AAA" Cross Country Championships ... placed 15th at the 2009 Central Region Cross Country Championships ... placed fifth in the 2009 Capital District Cross Country Championships ... placed fifth in the 1,600m (5:05.73) and anchored Lee Davis' 4x800m relay to seventh place at the 2010 VHSL Indoor Championships ... personal bests include the mile (5:09.62), set at the 2010 Southern Track Classic, and the 800m (2:17.47), set at the 2010 Mills Godwin Qualifier ... served as team captain at Lee Davis.
