2012-2013 (Senior): Finished the 5000m in 14:47.14 at the Atlantic 10 Championships …clocked a season personal best time of 14:43.12 at the Mt. SAC Relays … won the 3000m (8:27.69) and anchored the ninth place distance medley relay (10:09.51) at the Colonial Relays … captured sixth in the 1500m (3:54.34) and ran the second leg of the second place winning 4x800m relay (7:47.68) at the Fred Hardy Invitational

2011-2012 (Junior): Secured third in the 1500m at the Tribe Open with a time of 4:02.44 ... competed in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays (14:52.24) ... clocked a time of 3:59.66 in the 1500m at the Mason Spring Invitational ... won the 5000m at the CNU Captain's Classic (15:14.48) ... placed 15th in the 5000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships in a time of 14:51.77 ... season bests include 8:42.31 in the 3000m, 14:51.77 in the 5000m, and 7:55.78 as part of the season best 4x800m relay.

2010-2011 (Sophomore): Finished 10th in the 3,000 meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational (8:51.41) ... 22nd in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Colonial Relays with a time of 9:59.84 ... placed 1,500m at the George Mason Spring Invitational (4:05.39) ... captured 11th in the 800m (2:06.48) and third in the 1,500m (4:06.48) at the Ram Invitational ... came in second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the JMU Invitational (10:01.85) ... completed the 1,500 meters in 4:00.70 and finished 17th at the A-10 Outdoor Championship.

2009-2010 (Freshman): Did not compete.

Indoor Track & Field

2012-2013: Placed sixth in the 1000m (2:35.34) at the Patriot Games… won the mile at the Liberty Quad (4:15.69) …  finished ninth in the mile (4:20.61) at the Atlantic 10 Championships … anchored the fifth place DMR relay (10:11.35) and the 4 x800m relay (8:00.74) at the Atlantic 10 Championships … clocked in season best of 4:14.49 in the mile at the Columbia Qualifying Meet.

2011-2012 (Junior): Placed 27th in the 1 Mile at the Hokie Invitational (4:31.08) ... clocked a time of 4:21.93 to finish 8th in the 1 Mile at the A-10 Indoor Championships.

2010-2011 (Sophomore): Placed 21st in the mile at the Terrapin Invitational (4:33.86) ... captured eighth in the 1,000 meters at the Patriot Games (2:39.30) ... finished third at the VMI Winter Relays in the mile (4:36.53) ... took 10th and set a season-best in the mile at the A-10 Indoor Championships (4:24.11).

2009-2010 (Freshman): Did not compete.

Cross Country

2011-12 (Junior): Secured second in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open (14:53.4) ... took second in the 8k at the William and Mary Invite with a time of 25:08 ... completed the 8k as the Spiders' second finisher at Lehigh's Paul Short Invitational in 26:18 ... was the Spiders' seventh finisher in the 8k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 26:26.81 ... turned in a time of 25:51.50 to take 47th at the A-10 Championship ... clocked a 10k time of 32:17.00 to place 87th at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2010-11 (Sophomore): Secured sixth in the Spider Alumni Open (15:51.44) ... finished 198th at the Paul Short Invitational (25:50) ... came in 38th at the Atlantic 10 Championships (25:41) ... set his season-best 10K time at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, where he placed 163rd with a time of 34:19.9 ... concluded the 2010 season with a 246th-place time of 36:45.2 at the NCAA Championships.

2009-10 (Freshman): Competed in four events as a Spider rookie ... took sixth at the UNC Challenge with a season-best time of 25:49.00 in the 8K ... Took 81st at the A-10 Championship with a time of 28:53.0.

High School
Competed in cross country, nordic skiing and outdoor track & field all four years ... finished fourth at the State Class A Cross Country Championships and 19th at the NYS Federation Championships in 2008 ... took eighth at the 2009 Outdoor Track & Field State Championships in the 3200 meters ... holds personal bests of 9:17 in the 3200 meters and 4:23 in the 1600 meters ... captained the nordic skiing team his senior year.
