2011-2012 (Sophomore): Secured fourth in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational with  time of 4:34.87 ... clocked a time of 9:57.84 to win the 3000m at the Colonial Relays ... competed in the 1500m at the Mt. SAC Relays (4:29.19) ... placed sixth in the 1500m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:30.91 ... ran the 1500m at the Virginia Classic (4:35.46) ... season bests include 4:29.19 in the 1500m, 9:57.84 in the 3000m, 8:56.37 as part of the season best 4x800m relay.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Took second-place in the 1,500m run at the Fred Hardy Invitational (4:39.85) ... placed 18th in the 800m at the GMU Spring Invitational (2:15.61) ... captured first-place in the 1,500m at the Ram Invitational (4:41.60) ... member of the fifth-place 4x1500m relay team at the Penn Relays (17:58.28) ... finished 13th in the 1,500m (4:38.14) and 14th in the 800m (2:14.11) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship ... came in fourth-place and set a season-best time in the 1,500m at the Aggie Classic (4:34.08).

Indoor Track & Field
2012-2013 (Junior): Finished seventh in the 3000m with a season best time of 10:08.51 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship... took silver in the 3000m (10:11.70) at the Liberty Quad ... clocked a time of 5:06.94 in the mile at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational .

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Finished 6th in the 800 Meters at UNC's Dick Taylor Invitational with a time of 2:25.43 ... placed fourth in the Mile at the Navy Classic (4:58.56) ... clocked a time of 5:07.77 to take ninth in the Mile at the A-10 Indoor Championship ... member of the school-record breaking 4x800 Meter Relay (8:57.30), which placed third at the New Balance Collegiate.

Cross Country
2011-2012 (Sophomore) - Was the Spiders' seventh finisher in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Invitational (23:57.49) ... clocked a time of 19:11.1 in the 5k at the A-10 Championship ... finished in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 23:00.9.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Placed fourth at the Spider Alumni Open (11:19.64) ... finished 27th in the Wolfpack Invitational 5K race (19:02.5) ... clocked season-best 6K time at the Paul Short Invitational (22:20) and came in 22nd at the A-10 Conference Championships (18:18) ... closed out the 2010 season at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, finishing 97th (22:32.1).

High School
2009 PIAA District III runner-up in cross country ... Cross Country First Team All-Star for Lancaster-Lebanon League in 2007, 2008 and 2009 ... earned 2009 Lancaster-Lebanon League Scholar Athlete for cross country ... selected 2010 track & field team captain ... personal bests include the 800m (2:13.4), set at the 2010 PIAA Outdoor State Championships, the 1,600m (5:03.52), set in the semifinals of the 2010 PIAA Outdoor State Championships, and the 3,200m (10:53.45), set at the 2008 PIAA Outdoor State Championships.
