Finding your Account and Renewing your Season Tickets Online

*If you renewed your football season tickets online, you will enter the same userID and password at the sign in page at www.ticketreturn.com and follow the directions below under "Renewing your Tickets Online."

If you do not already have an online ticket account, the following instructions will guide you through the steps of finding your account online to create a User ID and password. Once you have created a User ID, you will then be able to manage your ticket inventory and renew season ticket packages online.

 

Finding your Account on TicketReturn

  • In your web browser go to www.ticketreturn.com
  • On the top navigation panel, click "Sign In"
  • At the bottom of this page click "Help me find my account"
  • The Find Your Account page appears. Select your account type (Individual or Corporate). Then enter your first name, last name and state abbreviation OR your e-mail address.
  • Any user accounts meeting your criteria are displayed. Select the account you want and click Continue.
  • The security phrase "Please enter your one time PIN?" appears. (This PIN number can be found at the top of your renewal form.)
  • Enter the PIN number located on your ticket renewal invoice and click Continue.
  • You will then be able to create a User ID and Password and also change any account information you please.

Renewing your Tickets Online

  • In your web browser go to www.ticketreturn.com
  • On the top navigation panel, click "Sign In"
  • Use the new User ID and Password you just created to login to your account.
  • On the left side panel click on the "2011 Richmond Spiders Basketball" link.
  • The "Your Ticket Page" will appear and at the top of the page it will read, "You currently have tickets that have been reserved for you (on hold) by the box office. Click here to view and/or purchase these tickets." Click the link.
  • A listing of your season tickets appears. Select each seat you are ready to purchase and click the Confirm button.
  • The next page will be a confirmation where it lists your seats locations once again. Click the Proceed to Checkout button once you have confirmed your seat locations for renewal.
  • You will then be brought to a page to update/confirm your account information. Make any changes to your account and click Update Account Information and Proceed.
  • The next page you will be asked to enter your Credit Card information. Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code to complete the transaction.

Please make sure to remember your User ID and password for future transactions. This User ID will allow you to renew ticket packages online, purchase and print individual game tickets, and resell tickets to games you cannot attend. Directions on how to place tickets for resale will be included with your season tickets.
