• Friday, Oct. 28 -- Golf Outing at Hunting Hawk Golf Course - 11 a.m. Shotgun Start
• Saturday, Oct. 29 -- Richmond Football vs. Massachusetts -- 1 p.m. at Robins Stadium
Dear UR Baseball Alums,
I am excited to announce the return of the Baseball Alumni Weekend, October 28-29, 2011. We would like everyone to fill out the questionnaire and registration form below, so we can best prepare for the weekend events. Even if you are unable to attend this year, we would like to update our Alumni data base with your contact information.
* The Golf entry fee is $99 per person. This includes your greens fee, cart fee, lunch & 2 Beverage Tickets.
* We are also selling Hole Sponsorships with Tee Box advertising signs for $100 per hole.
* We are also accepting any items that you would like to donate for prizes or to raffle.
* We have a limited number of football tickets at the present time. We hope to accumulate enough tickets to accommodate everyone who would like to attend the game, but this is not guaranteed. Therefore, football tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis, using the date in which you registered on line. There will be a limit of 2 tickets per baseball alum. If there are any tickets left over, we will contact everyone by email with an option to purchase additional tickets.
* If you have a golf foursome set up or if you have a partner that you want to share a cart with, you can list them on the information sheet below.
