UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND - Following the conclusion of cross country season, Richmond's Director of Athletics Jim Miller received a letter from former Spiders cross country and track & field athlete, Michael Stubbs, commending Richmond for an unparalleled 2010 season and continued scholastic achievements.
His letter praises the program and it's accomplishments, as well as highlighting the reasons why the University of Richmond's men's cross country and track & field programs is one of the "premier teams at the university".
Stubbs not only applauds the athletic success, but he also touches on the academic achievements that are so valued at the University of Richmond.
