LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Richmond field hockey teams begins defense of its Atlantic 10 Regular Season Championship Friday when the Spiders play Lock Haven at 3:30 p.m.
The Spiders have won six of the last eight Atlantic 10 Regular Season Atlantic 10 Championships and Tournament Championships, including last fall.
Lock Haven will be playing its first Atlantic 10 match, having joined the league in field hockey for this season.
