ORLANDO, Fla. – The wind was swirling at the Grand Cypress Golf Club – New Course on Saturday as the University of Richmond men's golf team took the course in Round Two of the Atlantic 10 Championship. Scoring wasn't as “easy” as it was on Friday but the Spiders held serve and then some and will take a team lead of eight strokes into the final round on Sunday.

After firing a -15, 273 (561) on Friday, Richmond followed up with an Even Par 288; once again the best score of any team on the course. All five players in the lineup shot 73 or better with Matthew Lowe as the lone Spider to go south of par with a -2, 70 for the second-straight day. He moved up into sole possession of fourth place on the individual leaderboard.

Freshman Zack Justice continued his banner weekend with an even round of 72 and currently sits in a tie for second at -6 overall. Keegan Hoff (-3, t-5th), Andrew Sciarretta (-2, t-9th) and Mark Reilly (E, t-15th) all carded a 73 today to keep pace.

Richmond will tee it up with players from VCU (-7, 569) and George Washington (-4, 572), which rank second and third respectively. The Spiders have finished second in this event each of the last three years, and are looking to hold off the rival VCU Rams, which won the last three A-10 Golf Championships.

Round Three Tee Times:
8:15 – Mark Reilly
8:24 – Andrew Sciarretta
8:33 – Keegan Hoff
8:42 – Matthew Lowe
8:51 – Zack Justice
