First Market Stadium Expansion Survey

The development of an on-campus stadium facility at the University of Richmond has been a goal for a number of years. We are excited to announce that we are closer than ever to making that vision a reality. An on-campus stadium would result in significant benefits for our students, alumni and the community at large. The facility is being carefully planned to minimize impacts on the surrounding community and will be fully funded by the University and donors.

The plans as they currently exist are preliminary and conceptual in nature, and are subject to change as we move forward with the process. We have met our initial fundraising goal for the project and the University of Richmond's Board of Trustees will review and evaluate the conceptual plans in May and provide guidance regarding the next steps to be taken.
