April 26, 2007 UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The Student-Athlete Leadership Committee hosted the first annual Student-Athlete vs. Athletic Department Staff softball game on Monday. There was a large turnout for event for both the athletes and staff team, which included head football coach Dave Clawson, head men's basketball coach Chris Mooney, head women's swimming coach Matt Barany and Spidey the mascot. The staff team won the first annual game, but the student-athletes will be back for revenge for the second annual game next spring. |
