FACILITIES

The expansive Spider Sports Medicine Center covers more than 3600 square feet. It provides an excellent environment for UR Certified Athletic Trainers and Team Physicians to provide all domains of health care to Spider Student-Athletes.

The Center contains designated areas for student-athletes to receive taping, treatments, and rehabilitation. State of the art modalities and therapeutic exercise equipment are available in the facility to meet the ever changing demands of student-athlete health care.

The Spider Sports Medicine Center offers easy access to the UR Varsity Weight Room, Student Recreation Center, Gymnasiums, Pool, Student-Athlete Locker Rooms, and Practice and Game Venues. This centralized location provides the Sports Medicine Staff with a plethora of treatment and rehabilitation options.

UR Certified Athletic Trainers and Team Physicians utilize all of these tools to facilitate getting Spider Student-Athletes "back on the field."
