High School:
Senior year team captain... Lettered all four years in cross-country, indoor and outdoor track... A member of the 1 Mile Relay that holds the school record and reached All-American recognition at the Nike Indoor Nationals... Also ran on the 1 Mile relay that placed second at NYS Cross-Country Federation Championship behind eventual National Champions, Saratoga, in 2004.
