At Richmond: Has one outdoor track & field season remaining.
2002-03: Had a tremendous year and ranks as one of the most decorated athletes in school history. She represented Richmond in the NCAA Championships in Sacramento, CA for outdoor track & field in the 1500M, where she placed 21st, her performance of 4:20.12 ranks second on the All-Time list at UR. She set the 5K outdoor school record at Penn Relays with a time of 16:27.71. At the Raleigh Relays she set yet another school record in the 10K (35:22.27) and at the VCU Invitational she anchored the school record setting 4x4000M Relay. She won the 1500M and 10K at the outdoor Conference Championships. During the indoor track & field season she joined her teammates to set a school record in the 4x400M Relay and she won the Mile and the 3000M events at the conference championships. Her performance earned her "Athlete of the Year" honors within the conference and leads the Spiders to the team championship title. In the cross country season she was named the Atlantic 10 Conference Performer of the Week for her finish at the Great American XC Festival. She also placed seventh at the 2002 A-10 Championships to lead the Spiders to a second place team performance with a time of 18:06 for the 5K...
2001-02: Transferred to Richmond from Seton Hall University ... set the Richmond indoor school record for the 3000M with a time of 9:52.81 at the Atlantic-10 championships ... A-10 Conference Champion in the Indoor 3000M and anchored the 4X800M Relay team to the runner-up position with her 2:13 anchor leg ... A-10 Conference Champion in the 1500M at the Outdoor Championships ... set her personal best of 4:29.47 in the 1500M at the University of Virginia Invitational ... Richmond's 2001 "Most Valuable Athlete" for cross country ... finished seventh at A-10 Cross Country championships to lead team to a third place overall finish ... earned first team All-Conference honors in Cross Country, Indoor track & field, and Outdoor track & field.
Collegiate Career: 2000-01: While at Seton Hall University set personal best of 16:48 for 5000M during the outdoor season of her sophomore year ... won the East Coast Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship title in Cross Country at Van Cortlandt Park in N.Y. ... earned Big East All-academic honors in cross country.
