2004-05: Outdoor - Turned in a personal season-best and team season-best 800 meter time of 2:12.95 at the Fred Hardy Invitational to place first... Won the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.86 and automatically qualified for the NCAA Regionals... Was part of the Atlantic 10 Champion 3200 meter relay with a time of 9:20.92... Logged a 58.94 in the 400 meter race at the Ram Invitational to placed seventh. Indoor - Ran a 2:17.67 in the 800 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships to place fifth. Cross Country - Logged a season-best 5K time (18:22.0) and finish (sixth) at the Maymont Cross Country Festival... Ran a 6K time of 22:41.8 at the Paul Short Invit. to place 76th.

2003-04: Outdoor - Missed much of the season due to injury... Returned to earn All-Conference honors in the 3200m relay at the Atlantic-10 Championships. Indoor - Placed third at the A-10 Championships in the 800m (2:16.27). Anchored the DMR to a fourth place finish at the Conference Championships... Placed fifth in the 800m (2:16.17) in the open section of the Virginia Tech Invit... Won section two of the 800m at the George Mason Winter Relays and placed fifth... Ran the 800m leg (2:17.10) of the DMR at the Penn State National Invit. to finish seventh with a time of 12:03.53... Led off the first place DMR at the CNU Invit... Placed fourth in the open 800m at the CNU Invit. Cross Country - Ran a 19:56.10 at the LaSalle Invit. to place 21st... Placed 21st at the William & Mary Invit.
