Cross Country: Finsihed in a time of 11:15.00 at the Spider Alumni meet earning first...recorded a time of 23:25.00 at the Salty Dog Invite earning 13th...was named A-10 performer of the week 9/3...finished in a time of 22:01 at the Paul Short Invitational...finished in a time of 21:54 at the Penn State nationals...finished in 23rd place with a time of 18:49.1 at the A-10 Conference Championship...recorded a time of 22:23.9 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship...

2007-08:
Cross Country: Finished 26th at the A-10 Championship helping the Spiders capture second-place overall... Turned in an impressive 14th-place finish at the Navy Salty Dog Invitational, running a 23:16 on the 6k course... Ran a 21:20.5 for 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional to help Richmond finish ninth as a team.

Indoor: Was Richmond's fastest in the 1,000m with a 2:57.16 at the A-10 Championship to finish fourth... A member of the gold-medal winning 4x800m Relay at the A-10 Championship (9:20.26)... Ran the Spiders' second-fastest time of the season in the 800m at the Liberty meet.

Outdoor: Was the third-fastest Spider in both the 800m (2:18.95 at Virginia) and the 1,500m (4:40.97 at Duke)... Finished 12th at the A-10 Championship in the 1,500m (4:48.50)... A member of the bronze-medal winning 4x800m Relay at the A-10 Championship (9:06.92) and was named to the All-Conference team.

High School: A highly-touted prep athlete, Filtz lettered all four years in cross country and outdoor track & field and two years in indoor... Class Valedictorian... Penn Trafford's Most Outstanding cross country and track & field athlete in 2006... Current record-holder in the 3,000 at the University of Pittsburgh's Fitzgerald Fieldhouse.... Was a three-time Pennsylvania State XC Meet medalist... Set 12 XC course records during her prep career... Was All-State in the Indoor Championships, finishing second in the 3,000 (10:17)... Also qualified for the State Indoor Championships in the 800 and 1,600... During the outdoor season, was All-State as a senior in the 1,600, finish third...
