2009-10: Finished seventh in the 200 meter dash (25.63), third in the high jump (J1.65m), and first in the long jump (5.74m) at the Patriot Invitational... Received a mark of 5.84m in the long jump and ran in the 4x100 meter relay (50.59) and the 4x400 meter relay (4:00.30) at the Colonial Relays... Came in fourth-place in the high jump (J1.61m) and first in the triple jump (12.02m) at the Lou Onesty Invitational... participated in the 4x100 meter relay (48.65) and finished second in the triple jump (11.86m) at the Ram Invitational... Placed seventh in the high jump (1.55m), second in the long jump (5.75m) and third in the triple jump (11.92m) at the A-10 Championship... Ended the season at the Georgia Tech Invitational, placing 25th in the long jump (5.46m) and 28th in the triple jump (11.65m).

2007-08: Was Named Richmond's Team MVP for the field events after also earning the honor in the Indoor Season... Set school records in both the triple jump and the high jump, eclipsing the triple jump mark with her performance at the CNU Invitational (11.80m) and the high jump mark at Virginia's Lou Onesty Invitational (1.70m)... At the A-10 Championship, won the silver in the long jump (5.76m), was fifth in the high jump (1.60m) and 10th in the triple jump (11.07m)... Ran on the 4x400m relay with Jasmine Cottle, Paloma Krakower and Tara Markey that set a season-best time of 3:52.15 at the Penn Relays.
2006-07: At the UNC-Chapel Hill, she placed sixth in the long jump (18-feet-1.5) and 200 dash (26.49) and ninth in the high jump (5-feet-2.25)... Took ninth at the Lou Onesty Invitational in the long jump (17-feet-3.25)... Took fifth in the long jump with a leap of 17-10 3/4 and took 10th in the triple jump at 35-8 ½ at the Legacy Invitational.

Indoor Track & Field
2009-10: Came in 19th in the 400 meter (1:02.07), seventh in high jump (1.55m) and ninth in long jump (5.33m) at the Christopher Newport Holiday Open... Placed fourth in the 200 meter (26.30), seventh in the 4x400 meter relay (4:09.27) and second in the high jump (1.63m) at the Terrapin Indoor Invitational... Took 34th in the 200 meter (36.43), 11th in the long jump (5.49m) and 16th in the triple jump (11.11m) at the Hokie Indoor Invitational... Finished fourth in the high jump (1.58m) and first in the long jump (5.62m) at the Christopher Newport Invitational... Captured sixth-place at the UNC Invitational with a season-best mark of 11.82m... Closed the season with two season-best time in the long jump (5.68m) and in the high jump (1.65m), along with placing eleventh in the 4x400 meter relay at the A-10 Championship.

2007-08: Enjoyed a stellar sophomore season and was named the Spiders' Team MVP for the field events after setting team-high marks in the long jump (5.58m), the high jump (1.65m) and the pentathlon (2,849 points)... Captured the silver medal at the A-10 Championship in the long jump (5.58m) and was fourth in the high jump at the A-10 meet (1.65m)... Also ran on the sixth-place DMR at the A-10 along with Alyssa Mankin, Kylee Schuler and Paloma Krakower.
2006-07: Placed sixth in the long jump at the A10 Championships (17-feet-5.5)... Took 10th place in Liberty Invitation long jump with 17-feet-0.5... Finished seventh in the high jump at Maryland Invitational... At George Mason she finished third in the high jump (5-feet-3)... Placed third in Mid-Atlantic Track Clash 200 dash... At the Liberty Record Bash she ran on the 4 x 400 meter relay team finishing second... Also at Liberty she took third in the long jump.

High School:
Crowned the 2006 VHSL AAA Northern Region Champion in the high jump ... also placed third in the long jump and seventh in the triple jump competing for McLean High.
