2007-08:
Cross Country: Finished 17th overall and was third among the Spiders at the A-10 Championship (19:24), helping the team to a runner-up finish... Turned in an impressive showing at the NCAA Southeast Regional with her time of 21:53.50 for 6K that was good for 61st.

Outdoor: Finished sixth overall in the 5,000m with a time of 17:12.57 that ranked as Richmond's third-fastest of the season... In her first ever track meet she ran the 3,000m in 10:13.68 at the Fred Hardy Invitational to place third. One of the nation's top tri-athlete's...Won the Twenty-12 Talent ID race in Alabama defeating a stellar field covering the 5K road race in 18:30 for the title...Also won the women's title, defeating the Pro Division Competitors at the Culpeper Triathlon and finish third over-all, including men, at the Charlottesville Triathlon.

A three-sport athlete in high school, running cross-country, playing tennis and swimming... She ranked fourth nationally and earned All-American status in Junior Elite Triathlons... Finished 18th in the State Cross Country Championships and earned All-State, All-Region and All-District honors... She was captain of both the tennis and swimming teams and lettered four years in both... Earned Academic All-American recognition as a swimmer.
