2006-07:
Cross Country: Helped lead the team to an undefeated regular season and runner-up finish at the A-10 Championships... Finished fifth in the Spider Alumni Open 2-Mile... Took fourth at the Navy Invitational, running 23:02.69 for 6K helping the Spiders secure the team title... At the George Mason 6K, she took fourth place (22:00.79) as the team won... Placed fourth at the Winthrop Fall 4K Classic (14:42) again helping the team secure the win.

Indoor: At the New Balance Indoor Games she ran 10:06.49 in the 3,000... Took fifth in the 3,000 open race at Penn State Invitational (10:14.44)... Finished fourth in the mile at the Liberty Invite... Placed fourth in the 3,000 (10:12.04) and eighth in the 5,000 (18.03.96) at the A-10 Championships.

Outdoor: At the Duke Invitational she ran 17:25.63 in the 5,000... Split 2:21.1 as a member of the Spiders' 4x800 relay which placed sixth at the championships and returned to place sixth in the 5,000... At the Fred Hardy Invitational she took fifth in the 3,000 (10:11.77)... Finished eighth in the 5,000 at the Tennessee's Sea Ray Relays in 17:36.45.

2005-06:
Outdoor - Recorded a top-10 finish at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a career-best 5,000-meter time of 17:40.92 ... garnered a personal-best time of 4:42.06 to place sixth at the Lou Onesty Classic in the 1,500 ... won the 5,000 run at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

Indoor - Finished in the top-15 in the 5,000 with a time of 17:49.49 at the Penn State National Invitational ... notched a third-place finish in the mile run at the Carolina Tarheel Invitational with a time of 5:11.08.

Cross Country - Started the season with a second-place finish at the Spider Alumni Open ... competed in all seven races for the Spiders ... bolted to a ninth-place finish in her first Atlantic 10 Championship with a personal-best time of 18:26 ... capped the season with a 68th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2004-05:
Indoor - Ran a season-best of 10:33.88 at the Penn State National's 3,000 race to place 20th.

Cross Country - Logged a third-place finish at the Maymont Cross Country Festival to record her best 5K time of the season (17:56.0) ... ran her best 6K race of the year of 22:33.6 at the Paul Short Invitational ... came in 28th at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships with a 5K time of 19:10.0.

High School:
Placed fourth in the 3,200 run at the 2004 PIAA State Championships ... qualified for finals of the 1,600 run at the PIAA Championships ... placed ninth in the 3,000 run at the 2004 Penn Relays ... placed fourth at the 2003 PIAA Championships ... placed sixth at the 2003 Penn Relays in the 3,000 ... two-time (2001-02) Mid-Penn Champion in cross country ... was a 2002 PIAA District III Champion in cross country ... placed 11th at the 2002 PIAA State Cross Country Championships to earn All-State honors ... was the runner-up in the 1,600 and 3,200 events at the 2003 PIAA District Championships and the 3,200 in 2004 ... won the 1,600 run at the Mid-Penn Championships three-straight years (2002-04) and won the 3,200 in 2004 ... served as captain of the Chambersburg cross country and track & field teams her senior year.
