Due to on-going construction at Richmond's First Market Stadium, the 2009 Fred Hardy Invitational will be held at Sports Backers Stadium in downtown Richmond. The facility is located at 3001 North Boulevard, adjacent to The Diamond, the former home of the Richmond Braves Triple A Baseball Team.
