2002-03: Won the 3000M race at the Penn State Invitational ... earned the "Outstanding Performer" Award for the Spiders' 2002 cross country team ... led the Spiders at the A-10 conference XC championships with a 17th place finish and a pair of 26:06 for 5 miles ... ran well at the pre-NCAA Championship meet by running 26:25 for the five mile course.
