Outdoor - Recorded a personal-best time of 15:23.35 in the 5,000 meter run to finish ninth at the Fred Hardy Invitational ... polished almost 10 seconds off his career-best time in the 1,500 by racing to a 4:07.83 at the Lou Onesty Invitational ... represented the Spiders in the 5,000 at the Atlantic 10 Championships. Indoor - Notched a sub nine-minute 3,000 run at the A-10 Championship with a time of 8:56 ... ran the one-mile in 4:40.35 at the Patriot Games to finish in 13th. Cross-Country - Ran his best time (27:15) of the year at the Atlantic 10 Championships ... competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2004-05:
Outdoor - Finished 21st at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 5,000 meter with a time of 16:17.58 ... ran the 1,500 at the Lou Onesty Invitational to place 52nd with a time of 4:16.55. Cross Country - Ran the final two races for the Spiders, including a 68th-place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships in an 8K time of 29:18.0 ... logged a 180th-place finish in a 10K time of 34:49.8 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
