2009 (Sophomore): Batted .278 with impressive power numbers -- 7 homers, 10 doubles and 29 RBI... Slugged .583 on the season along with his .400 on-base percentage... Richmond was 17-12 in his 29 games as the designated hitter... But proved his worth as a side-armed reliever by posting a team-best 5-1 record in 17 appearances out of the bullpen... Fanned 17 against just six walks in 27.0 innings... Stole seven bases in eight attempts... In the series-opener versus La Salle, he had two hits, two RBI and got the win in an 11-9 decision... Hit two homers in a 12-7 win over ODU... Came through with an eighth inning RBI double to beat Bryant, 7-6.

2008 (Freshman): Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America selection becoming the third-consecutive Spider to earn a spot on that team (Cameron Brown in 2006 and Matt Zielinski in 2007)... Atlantic 10 All-Rookie selection... VaSID All-State selection... Finished the season batting .317 with eye-popping power numbers for a freshman... He led the team in homers (13), RBI (45) and slugging (.703) - ranking among the A-10 leaders in each... Went on a torrid mid-season tear that saw him homer seven times in five-consecutive games... He drove in 21 runs in those five games... Won back-to-back A-10 Rookie of the Awards... Named A-10 Player of the Week, Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week and College Baseball Insider National Player of the Week on March 17... Tied his career-high of five RBI in back-to-back wins over Charleston Southern and Old Dominion... Primarily a relief pitcher as a senior, finished with a 1.35 ERA and seven saves while Colonial Forge won the Commonwealth District Championship, the Northwest Regional Championship and a Virginia AAA State Quarterfinal berth ...
