Richmond Baseball Cancels Thursday's Game Against Yale

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Richmond head coach Ron Atkins has decided to cancel his team's scheduled contest with Yale. Due to wet weather and cold conditions in the Richmond area, Atkins and Yale head coach John Stuper have agreed to call the game originally scheduled to be played at Pitt Field, today, March 17 beginning at 3 p.m.

Richmond will be back in action Saturday and Sunday when it opens Atlantic 10 play with a three-game series with Xavier at Pitt Field. Saturday's doubleheader will get underway at noon.
