RICHMOND - The Richmond baseball staff has announced its 2009 Winter Camp dates. The camp is broken up into three different sessions. The Youth Hitting Camp is set for Jan. 17-18, the High School Hitting Camp is set for Jan. 24-25 and the Pitcher/Catcher Camp is slated for Jan. 31-Feb. 1.

The clinics will be structured to teach the proper mechanics of hitting, catching, and pitching with a focus on the physical and mental aspects involved in all three. We want each individual to understand their mechanics and, upon leaving the clinic, be able to make the necessary corrections and/or modifications. We hope to help everyone get the most out of their ability.
